Hi folks
My brother in law had a mishap yesterday when a van hit their caravan on a narrow road damaging the front offside window. Does anyone know where we can source a replacement, it’s a Bailey Unicorn Seville.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice
Brian

Prtima Leisure are the first port of call for Bailey parts, but be aware, wherever you get it from it will be expensive.

Failing Prima being able to help, depending on the age of van, then Miriad are the next , but only supply to the trade so you would have to get either the dealer or mobile engineer to order .

Failing that ............ EECO will make a new one to the pattern of your old one, they collect and deliver, but of course you will have to remove what is left of the old one, including the hinge and waterproof the van whilst it is away.

Lastly it will be a breakers, but you have no idea what state it will be in until you get it.

I would hope a replacement is available through Prima leisure but you do not give the age. SFM caravans do carry a large stock of spare parts if you try them. You can also Google caravan breakers to see what is available.
The window should be standard to the range so simply check for a Unicorn window although you will probably need the year.

Am sure there's a breakers for caravans in Yorkshire but can't remember now-it was in the mag-full article-looked brilliant and well worth seeking out if it isn't one of the above suggestions.

Hi all,
Thanks for your help here. It’s a 2013 caravan and unfortunately it’s an insurance job as there’s some bodywork damage to sort as well. First outing in their first caravan so you can imagine how upset they were. Nobody hurt and the van can be fixed, that’s what matters.

We couldn't find a replacement front window (not right side or colour) s9 bit the bullet and had to order a new one £350 later 😲
Took old cracked window out to discover it's grey not bronze/Brown.... for goodness sake... the supplier had all number/ colour codes from us when ordered, we called them up to say it's incorrect colour, they just says thsts only colour they can supply now.... we are stick with an odd window as they won't take it back .... which had to be fitted, very a nothing, do you think tje colour will fade or not??

Who was at fault? If you have an odd window then you would need to claim for all three front windows plus damage. Having an odd window will affect the resale value.
