TV & 12v face plate

The 12v part of our face plate has burnt out and i need to replace it .It is off a Coachman year 2001, i really want only the 12v insert as rest of the plate is perfect. Now this might sound daft because these points are available every where and i dare say you all have them in your vans, however good old Coachman put these single face plates into a double surround and the present day ones are a differant colour and it would look odd. the ones fitted have the logo in top left hand side PDL and under the 12v part it say's 10 amp. present day ones are made all in one ie TV &12v, where as Coachman had two inserts one for tv other for 12v. Needless to say i asked Coachman and they would only give part number ele 3106 and get it from a dealer which after 6 weeks there is still no sign of it .Anybody got spare one?>
