Just a note on tyre pressures.
My last journey before leaving I checked my tyre pressures with my ring compressor and inflated to 29 PSIas specified by bailey and displayed on the manufacturers plate on the side of the caravan.
When I finished inflating I double checked the pressure with an AA tyre pressure guage (Yes All tyres now at 29PSI

I then switched on my Tyre Pal Monitor all four wheels registered 29 PSI after about 30 miles the readings were as follows 31.5, 32,31.5 and 33.

The fact that there was a slight change in the pressure after driving 30 miles did not concern me too much as it stayed constant thorughout the remainder of the journey.

But thinking about it I have read many times where people say I checked my tyre pressure and they were ok (WERE THEY) ?????

hi john.
It's not supprising the pressures were different as when the tyres warm up the air pressure inside increases. also tyres warm up at different rates dependant on positition on the vehicle ie the ones on the kerb side could be several degrees different from the ones on the offside. this is constantly changing during use.
and the reason tyre pressures should be checked "COLD" any difference thereafter is within normal working tolerances.
