Tyre question

Three of my 4 tyres are the "wrong" way around i.e. I can only read year of manufacture on one of them. On the rest "year of manufacture" is the other side. Would this cause any balancing problems? Not sure if load index is on both sides of tyre.
 
if the tyres have an arrow indicating the direction of rotation then they should be fitted as such, also if the tyres are asymetric they will have "inside" and /or "outside" written on the side wall and again they should be fitted as such. otherwise for standard tyres with out any of the above it does not matter which way round they aer fitted.
