I am a new caravaner and I am planning my first trip in the next couple of weeks. I have been advised to get the garage where I store the caravan to pump a solution into each tyre which supposed to slow the rate of tyre deflation if the tyre is punctured.

The cost I have been told is approx. £30 per tyre. Has anyone had this done and is it advisable to have it done?
