I think its a 1973 model 5GA5000 AVVOOO2173
Thise are the numbers etched on the glass i asume that is the vin number
Can you tell me what the tyre presher is suposed to be
And am i right in thinking that the last 2 numbers on the vin is the year

The code etched into the wimdow glass of a caravan should be the same as its VIN number. If its not then the history of the caravan must be suspect.

The final letter (V in your case ) indicated 1997.

The tyre pressure fro your caravan should be found in the users handbook, but I guess you don't have one. Unfortunatelty Avaondale went out of business many years ago, so you cant ask them. Your best hope is for a forum member to have had the same model and can remember the manufacturers recommendation.

Alternatively , If you can find another make of caravan that uses the same tyre size, with the same MTPLM, then you wouldn't be to far the original recommendation.

Could be on an aluminium plate by the entrance door, or similar on the rear gas locker wall , or if you can see if there is a plate near to the centre of the axle crossmember.
Remember you are looking for the MPTLM not the MIRO (which is the mass in running order of a similar ‘empty’ model off the production line).
