Just has a week of wind and rain in Devon so thinking of changing the Sept two week trip from Cornwall to France. I have been to France before but now have two young children so different holiday requirements - beach holiday etc. Also don't want to travel to far with young children but would like some better weather. What are my chances of good weather in Vendee in Sept? Also any advice on sites appreciated - would like facilities such as a pool to be open. Also any suggestions of better altenatives to the Vendee appreciated.
 
There area several sites in the Vendee which accept either ACSI cards, or Camping Cheques after the third week in August - which can bring the cost down to
