Ventilation boards splitting in 2008 Swift Challenger

Both ventilation boards behind the front seat backrests in our 2008 Swift Challenger have split open several inches. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, was it fixed under warranty?
 
Hi had same problem with mine swift said it was wear and tear that was on a van that had been used 3 times !!! dealer sorted it out along with the other 30 problems i had !.

I'm not surprised to read that your ventilation boards split after only using the van 3 times.

There seems to be inadequate support behind the boards, allowing them to flex.

Like you, we have had countless problems too. Is yours an '08 Challenger?
 
Meals on Wheels, my 08 Ace Firestar vent board was cracked, found it in April on our second outing only been used for a total of 8 days from new in the October, at first Swift refused to change on warranty see (early post from me) said it should have been picked up at the PDI, after the post l placed Andy of Swift got involved now the dealers is replacing this month.
