Hi All,
we have a 2017 Venus Lunar 550/4 and the water system has stopped working, could anyone suggest a reliable place in Ireland ( north or south) that I could bring the caravan into to have it looked at?

Do you use a submersible pump in the aquaroll? It could have failed.
Possibly that simple. A new replacement is all that is needed?

Have you checked that the tap spout ends are not blocked - without more info it is difficult to know whether you need a cheap fix or something more major!

Caravan Water System Issue – Lunar Venus 550/4 (2017)
Here’s what’s happening:

• The submersible pump is running continuously and does not stop, even when no taps are open.
• When I turn on a tap, water flows strongly at first but quickly drops to a dribble within about 30 seconds.
• The water also sputters, as if there is air trapped in the system (possible airlock).
• The pump appears to be working in terms of moving water, but something is clearly wrong with pressure or flow. Any help in diagnosing or fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated and tried

I'm currently experiencing problems with the water system in my Lunar Venus 550/4 (2017) caravan. Here’s what’s happening:

Possible air entering the system via failed O rings at the inlet entry on the side of the caravan. Are all the drain taps correctly shut?
Whilst the pump motor is going maybe the impeller is faulty?

thanks, just checked and all the drain taps are okay, they haven't been touched , Ill check the O ring and replace it later see if that makes a diffence
