Hi all, we are looking for a very quiet (remote) site for bonfire night weekend, within a 50 mile radius of Nottm/Leic.

We have a small dog who is petrified of fireworks, we have to sedate her whenever there are fireworks!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Andrew & Sally,

For the past 5 years we have gone to Sandringham for the same reason. Perhaps further than you were wanting, but in our experience it has always been very quite there.

Hi Trisha, we have always fancied sandringham but never visited, this might just be the excuse for a long weekend!!

Thank you for the tip!

Try one called Lickpenny Caravan site, it is near Matlock and Darley Dale...very very quiet and remote
