Recently bought my first awning (a Bradcot Portico),but when it came to a trial assembly with drawn instructions that even Ikea would be ashamed of, I had to admit defeat. My wife has a lot more patience than me, but even she gave up.
Never mind I thought, I will ring Bradcot's Customer Support Number. After ten days and over thirty attempts later, from which I get the recorded message "Hi, I,m sorry but we are unable to take your call...." I HAVE GIVEN UP.
Motto: I should have bought the Dorema, with instructions in Dutch. It would have been easier
