Volvo V70 2.0lt Diesel Manual R-Design

The R-Design comes with 18" wheels instead of the standard 17" wheels and has a lower suspension than the standard V70 SE or SELux

I wondered if anyone has experience of towing with this vehicle, because we are on the point of ordering one.

Would welcome your comments as soon as possible please.

Good Morning and thank you for responding. Its not so much the weight on the tow ball (max 75kg) but its height. With the low suspension, I have fear that the tow ball height might be too low. We only have a little Swift Charisma 220. Ever so light.

I've discovered the Volvo owners forum and in there they say the 18" wheels make for a large turning circle. I test drove one yesterday and had the wow factor. Question also about the quoted mpg. Have a feeling that we may be reverted to the V70 SE

Would welcome any other views.
