Water Heater Descaling

Hi can anybody tell me if it has to be white wine vinegar or white malt distilled vinegar to use for descaling the truma water heater?

I know there was a topic on this before but thought I`d ask cheers

White Wine vinegar, about 60/40 mix with water, 40% vinegar, 60% water

thanks Damian, SWMBO bought me 5 liters of white malt vinegar I`ll send her back with it tomorrow, or there will be no egg on Sunday

you can flush with calgon as washing machine put one in your water butt.

Do NOT use calgon under any circumstances.

It is designed for use in washing machines, NOT potable water systems.

Truma ONLY recommend White Wine Vinegar, nothing else.
