Hello to you all.
I have recently bought a 1998 Swift Conqueror 640 Salon and I have been having problems with the water pressure switch.
I use the external (whale) pump to fill the on board water tank as per the manual. I then check the water level tank is full by the control panel. I then open the hot tap and switch on the internal pump until the water flows. I then repeat this procedure with the cold water tap.
I have adjusted the water pressure switch to ensure that the pump is switching off/on correctly.
Now my problem is I have to constantly adjust the pressure switch. I am new to the caravanning scene, am I adjusting it correctly?. I have noticed that I need to leave the battery charger on constant otherwise the water pump starts up without touching the taps when to voltage drops on the battery.
Any assistance would be welcomed
