Using the figures you have given then the percentage is about 81%, however that may not be your towing ratio, because you have not told us what those figure represent.
The official towing ratio is given by;
Caravans MTPLM/Car Kerbweight,
It is a fairly impractical figure but it is at least a consistent way of describing difference between outfits.
