Whale water pump issue

I have just set up caravan but cannot get water to work. Suspected water pump was seized so have bought new one. I have I Van system and it’s telling me pump is ready/ pump running but green light is not showing on ICU unit under bunk at back of pump inlet and fuse keeps blowing. Any ideas appreciated
 
Unsure of IVan system but know Whale. Suggest you email/phone Whale customer services. They are good. I had dealings last year and got sorted. Sounds to me as though the control panel has gone.
