What happened to the beach view book?

Can anyone tell me what happened to the book I saw advertised on here about sites with sea views. I held off ordering mine when there was a problem and havent heard anything since. Is it back in print?

I got my copy about 2-3 weeks after the 'sorry for delay' message was put on the site,
