what is a cc handbook? and how do i get one?

hi

i would like to know what a cc handbook is please and where i could get one?

also i have been told that the camping and caravan club has a network of CS,s, ........... to my understanding these are basic sites that allow a maximum of 5 van and are only available to caravan club members, could anybody please tell me how i can find these sites please, along with other cheap caravan sites please?

Camping and Caravan Club have CSs and the Caravan Club have CLs.

A site also to look at is www.5vans.co.uk
