Hello

We've got an Xtrail 2.2 DCi T-spec closely followed by a Bailey Senator Indiana S6, and we're smiling all the way.

Thanks for the comment!!! Not only is there the extra width, but a rear bedroom for our 6 year old (I know there are only three of us in a 6 birth van!!) so we can have some piece and quiet compared to the pullman bunk in the 470.

Caravan = 2008 Elddis Avante Club 505

Car = Disco 3 HSE TDV6 Auto

Haven't towed with this combination yet as only had the van in July and the Car in November.

Both van and car are so far living up to our expectations.

We have a Ford Mondeo 2.0 litre 130bhp TDCI and tow a Swift Speedbird 490 *(left hand drive door, continental model).

Does anyone else have a Speedbird 490? We've only seen one other, in the garden of a house in a little hamlet called 'Thomas' near Vitrac in the Dordogne - the house was flying the Welsh Dragon!
