They converted me! If I didn’t tow and with a couple of exceptions there are Kia EVs that I could live with.BUT home charging is essential to make the maths work.
The Kia EV 9, is a beast , a bit bigger than the Sorento, does 400 miles per charge. 7 years warranty.
And here is the punch line . Kia Warranty. Why would you buy anything else??

I can only reiterate that our EV run-about is flipping brilliant and, when we pack in towing and get rid of the diesel tow car, a long range EV will be next.
You are absolutely right though, the ability to home charge is essential.
