I have to say sorry to the other John posting on the forum. I am new here and I think that the other John has been posting longer than me. I would sign off John L. because that is the initial of my surname but I see there is also a John L. that posts. So, to help with any future possible confusion I will sign off J. L. from now on. Once again sorry to the 'original' John.

I had exactly the same problem just after I started contributing, where someone else started to use my previous pseudonym John G. To avoid confusion I changed to John L, and a few weeks after that the other John G seemed to stop posting.
The forum programme is poor that it allows a user name to be duplicated - an issue that the forum management team are looking at, amongst others.
Meanwhile welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy reading and contributing.
