Which water connection for Bailey Unicorn.

Hi All,

Which water connection for Bailey Unicorn Barcelona S2 (2014). I've seen several types, but can't workout which one I require to plug into the caravan and drop into the water carrier. Reading the user guide, the Bailey is fitted with an onboard water pump and the exterior fitment is simply a filter in which the inboard pump draws the water from the external water container.

Cheers

Hi, it is just a drop in pipe but didn't the caravan come with it? Any decent caravan dealer should be able to supply one. If not, then Bailey parts will have one.

Hi according to Baileys website you are looking for a Whale high flow submersible pump

If you have an on-board pump as your first posting indicated, then you don't need another pump (e.g. a Whale submersible). You simply need a tube to connect into the side of the caravan and drop the end into the water container. All you need to do is to identify which type of connector is fitted in the caravan wall. Either post a photo here or look at some accessory shop websites - section usually says Water - and see if you can find one that looks the same.
Truma make one with a pistol grip type connector which looks quite well engineered.

You can get a filter and refills to fit at the bottom end of the pipe so all the water gets filtered and the pump gets protected from any grit etc. that may get into the container. Look at Filtapac.co.uk
