Which way up do you have your Grand Aeros?

I have now got my Grand Aeros after listening to you lot and I was fitting them to my mirrors ready for tomorrow's tow-ex and TLHA asked which way they went up. I have set mine to go up and down and attached to the top of the car mirror. Once I've hitched up I can do final adjustments. How do you set yours?

Driver side is normal position but the passenger side i have the arm turned upwards to lift the mirror for a better view down the side of the van.

I have tried having the mirrors set as per Sprokets, but in the end decided on my Santa Fe, having both mirrors down,. And they still clear the door window when retracted.

I have both mine the same as Sproket's drivers door. I find it easier having them at more or less the same height as the door mirrors.

Thanks for that Sproket. . . I had mine up for 2 years and then down for the last 6 months. . I will give that a try next month. .

I have tried fitting them to the top and bottom of the mirrors and they seem a bit steadier fitted to the bottom but there is not a lot in it either way.
