Hi Jo-anne,

We bought our caravan new from White Arches. They have several big bright showrooms and a huge outside area with used caravans. They do all our servicing and have a 10 bay workshop. They are very knowledgeable and are extremely helpful. Most useful is a coffee shop serving delicious snacks and I believe they now have a childrens play area there. The shop is very well stocked with most things a caravanner needs. They also sell awnings. I cannot praise them enough.

A message for the Mods to answer please.....I don't know this dealer at all so have no axe to grind and personally I think it is good to discuss our experiences, god and bad, with dealers and service providers but without naming names.

Should questions like this one be allowed on this forum because it seems that only positive comments will ever be allowed. All negative comments about particular NAMED companies or service will clearly contravene the forum rules?

In the interests of impartiality should all such posts be removed?

We went to White Arches in our quest to find the right van....

Lots on offer....

For us, the salesmanship wasn't quite 'there'....

Good offers though.

Have to agree, we asked a salesman if they had a patictular model we could look at and he quickly told us they didn't have one . As he walked away we realized we were actually standing next to it.

hi jo-anne, has far as dealers go, robinsons of chesterfield are quite good, but they dont have any fancy showrooms or kids play areas, but quite good on p/xs. regards colin

Hi joanne

I know you have a twin axle fixed bed on your wish list, we have today had mailshot from Michael Jordan they will be at NEC with Abbey Expression 640 which is based on Abbey Vogue, we have had Expressions before and they normally have extra kit, and cost less than the equivalent Abbey, may be worth a look
