who's the comic then I had a bit of fun with last nite and how the hell did he get a set of tools to alter posts an ex mod may be?? I noticed this moring all the posts have been deleted and the site cleaned up and all references to the crocodile man removed including previous threads.

If the forum logs IP addresses, can you not send a cease and desist, or something similar to his ISP?

There are also laws now preventing you from impersonating somebody else on the internet, I am not sure if they only relate to grooming though.

It may be worth looking into.

Unfortunately many internet users have ISP addresses which are not constant otherwise the ISP in this case would have been blocked by now.

The administrator and technical staff at Haymarket Publishing are fully aware of the present situation and are working toward a solution that can be supported by our antiquated forum software.

I don't envisage them taking the legal option at this stage although Haymarket's legal department have been involved in the past when defamatory posts were submitted about a caravan dealers.
