We arrive in Zeebruge on 2/9 and have booked somewhere in Perigord Vert region on the 16/9, otherwise we haven't a clue where to go yet ! Probably head south ... any suggestions welcome !We have decided that we would probably spend 6-7 nights at 2 different locations ( maybe one in the Lot region Cahors) and another , well wherever. We obviously need a couple of days to get south, so wether we go to our first "long stay" site on the first night is open to possibility as the ferry is an overnight trip so we arrive early.

We would like to finish off somewhere in Belgium/Holland?Northern France, maybe look at the war memorials, moules et frites in Bruges perhaps. Again, open to suggestions.

We have ordered the membership card for the Dutch discount scheme but decided that camping cheques might be restrictive once you have committed to spending the money with their sites.

Getting excited already !!!!

We are in the process of packing the van today as we are off to West Wales for a few nights in the morning.First trip of the year !

we managed to find sites open in france and get through to spain and come back again via the atlantic coast in the middle of winter with some planning, which is all part of the fun! forget camping cheques - why bother and limit yourself just pay on the card!! if you fancy coming back to the UK its easy to book a cheap flight very cheaply from most parts of Europe have a week back home then fly out and continue your trip. most people would give their right arms for the chance you have make the most of it!
