He wouldn't be able to afford to get the beer in now that he's lost the 10 grand fee from the NEC caravan, Camping and Motorhome show.

I have been very busy in the Main Hall of Buggram Hall as you well know the years are taking there toll and the upkeep is now very expensive.I have had to dismiss all the Maids who are now working For Lord Braykewynde.May have to look at selling Buggram Ham Hall and move to smaller accomodation at Folkham Hall. Thank you to all members and Queen Mel for allowing me to join your happy round table.
I will try to organise myself to join you all at the Woosiefest in October.
Failing that I'm sure I will occasionally run across fellow Wooosies whilst visiting sites around the UK.
It's annual service day on Friday and my local approved mobile workshop fitter will be with me late morning. I usually hide when he gets to the bit involving dampness testing.
Although the weather forecast isn't looking favourable at the moment so it may get cancelled for a day or two.
Again thanks to all and best wishes Brian

The Woosiefest, that's Woosiefest, is a rally of us Woosies on the first weekend of October ( Thursday to Monday) at Anita's Caravan Site. There will quaffing and merriment, and eating and joking. Banners and crowns and the coronation of a new monarch. It's jolly good fun and if you wish to join us you would be welcome. I see that you are already titled so will fit in well.

Sir Roger just to add to the excellent description our Queen Mel has replied, on the Saturday is the big feast where we do a Jacobs Table, every one supplies some grub and we all tuck in.
Later in the year we start a Menu where every one selects what they are going to prepare and supply. We have had every thing from Currys, chilli's, BBQ Chicken, sausage roll's, pork pie's, sandwiches, cake's, trifles, etc etc, you get the picture.. In fact there is usually things left over for you to take and have a picnic the next day.

Hi Sir Roger

Here are my original joining Anita's instructions.

My Dearest and Cherished Royal Woosieness Queen Mel

I've fought wars , wrestled bears.quelled revolutions flown test rockets and enlightened virgins.
Never in the field of Woosie land have I had to prostitute myself so much in the quest for the October 2015 Woosiefest, but battered and torn here I am with some good news.

I have indulged in social and verbal intercourse with Anita . She understands our desires and in her wish to fulfill our needs has agreed a nightly charge per caravan of £16.00 on hardstanding with EHU. Crazy guider may have to offer a few pence more for her bairns.

Each one of us now needs to send a cheque or cash deposit for £5.00 payable to
" Anita's Touring Caravan Park"
at the address below. Mark your envelope fao Anita Jefferies and say who you are eg Sir Dustydog of The Woosie Round Table plus your real name and address of course with the dates of your stay.

Anita’s Touring Caravan Park
The Yews
Mollington
OX17 1AZ

Meanwhile Lady Anita is working on a venue for our Woosiefest. There is a village Hall plus some other establishments within two miles of her site. Lady Villa doesn't drink so we can transport a lot of us to and from the venue where ever it is.

More to follow.

DD

I do hope you can make it with her Ladyship. The Woosies are a great bunch of people.
Once everyone has signed up I'll chase Anita for some local pub details for the Woosiefest.
Hey Crazy Guider I thought you would have been one of the first to book :eek:hmy:

Greetings from the Costa del Sol.......we are way down south with the caravan enjoying the warmer weather :cheer:

Arrived today after a 5 day tow and the old Swift is absolutely plastered with salt and road grime and looks completely out of place now that it is pitched on Torrox Costa camp sight.
I think I will have to give it a wash and spruce it up a bit.......can't have the neighbours complaining!

...........they might think Baldrick has arrived ;)

After scratching the car slightly a couple of months ago whilst reversing in a dark housing estate road with cars parked both sides (and everywhere else  ) the car has come back from a couple of days in the hospital sporting no scratches, plus 4 little round things in the rear bumper. ;) . No more scratches now I hope.
