Kev, if you dont like roundabouts, avoid RMK, Rural Miltom Keyenes, just done a night at GULLIVERS LAND , surprisingly nice site, three nice pubs within 20 minute walk and great place. ( but costly for kids), about 4 miles from us. See you all at Stratford. Might come earlier and leave later than planned.

For 'bored' Woosies, just came across this on another 'forum' thought it quite amusing!

I have a little Satnav
It sits there in my car
A Satnav is a driver's friend
It tells you where you are
I have a little Satnav
I've had it all my life
It's better than the normal ones
My Satnav is my wife
It gives me full instructions
Especially how to drive
"It's 60k an hour", it says
"You're doing sixty five"
It tells me when to stop and start
And when to use the brake
And tells me that it's never ever
Safe to overtake
It tells me when a light is red
And when it goes to green
It seems to know instinctively
Just when to intervene
It lists the vehicles just in front
And all those to the rear
And taking this into account
It specifies my gear.
I'm sure no other driver
Has so helpful a device
For when we leave and lock the car
It still gives its advice
It fills me up with counselling
Each journey's pretty fraught
So why don't I exchange it
And get a quieter sort?
Ah well, you see, it cleans the house,
Makes sure I'm properly fed,
It washes all my shirts and things
And keeps me warm in bed!
Despite all these advantages
And my tendency to scoff,
I only wish that now and then
I could turn the ****** off.

In the immortal words:- Houston. We have a problem :(
The Wyoming is still in bits in the garage awaiting the correct spare part awning rail.
I should have more news tomorrow.
We are determined not to miss the Woosiefest.
We may turn up late. Will let you know.
Cheers

OH NO DUSTYDOG that you will miss the FEST is UNTHINKABLE!!!
Even you had the spare part before taking the old one off..........................didnt you
Did you not take the old one off carefully so you could re-use, yes it can be done, I did it.
Jump in your car and go and collect the new one wherever it is, SEE YOU AT THE FEST :)

Oh dear, not all will be lost though, as when you do get it you will have to do an extra holiday to try it out :)

I was going to do the job myself but it needed to be done undercover.
plus the awning rail is massive , too much for me.
Don't fret .
I'm on the case. B)

......the new King or Queen need not worry Kevin.
Since your reign things have been modernised!
We now have staff to do all the donkey work.
The new monarch now need do nothing more than sit back and enjoy themselves if they so wish.

It's all about having fun :)

UPDATE
It goes from bad to worse :(
According to my mobile caravan engineer the new awning rail is still in transit somewhere between Wiltshire and Yorkshire
Although Bailey supply the awning rails they have to come via some firm in Yorkshire who bend them to the specific model shape :eek:hmy:
He's promised to chase them again tomorrow.
The actual Woosiefest is scheduled for the weekend of the 16th . Hopefully we will arrive in time but possibly a few days later than we planned. Will keep you all posted :)
Do you want a quiz again?

I hope that you get everything sorted DD, and that the weather improves by the time that you all arrive.
I'm currently on a very rainy pitch at South Lychett Manor in Dorset, and I shall raise my Woosie cocoa mug to all of you because we can't be there :)

Hope you get to SonA, but doing your own gas. Oh my God how bad, I would never think of undoing a pipe and reffiting myself. B) B) B) without getting a qualified lad to check for bubbles on a tight fitting again. :eek:hmy:
