First trip out for 2017 off to York to do some cycling in and around the York area, hope the weather holds fair

Make sure you cycle through the universe, just outside York, on the way to Selby which is a good cycle ride. Also stop off at the Kings Arms on the river side, centre of York, Sam Smiths bitter £1.90 a pint (July 2016).

cycled to Stamford Bridge along the Way of The Roses
yesterday and called into Yorkshire museum of farming for refreshments and look around, very interesting exhibits and old railway station at side of museum with carriages engines etc lunch outside main entrance to York Minster watching all the diverse nationalities taking selfies , we have such a rich history in this country we sometimes take for granted
