YORKSHIRE CARAVANS OF BAWTRY

Hi,

The caravan has had a bang and insurers are suggesting it goes to Yorkshire Caravans for a new front and side respray. We dont have any experiance of them and wonder if anyone (without liabling themselves) has.

We are really interested in how they are on: Doing it at the agreed time and in the agreed time, The customer service and attention to the customer and of course the finished quality and how they return the van, for example washed, clean etc. The van is a Avondale

I have had two services done at bawtry, but back in 2004, and 2005. Both were sub standard.

On the last occasion they had the van for a week for service, come collection day we arrived to pick up the van, they had FORGOT to do the service!!

Which wasn't cheap to start with.

Always found the accessory shop to be good on the prices, that's were i buy my batteries.

Sorry i don't have any data on the caravan repair side, but i cant see why they should be any worse than any ware else?
