Hi all just popped into the caravan today too check all was ok but I found out the Thetford toilet would not flush I pulled the cassette out and unscrewed the small panel at the back too try and find the fuse but to no avail does anyone know the location of the 3Amp fuse for the toilet ? Thanks...

Hi all just a quick question I have managed too snap the radio Ariel mast on my Stirling elite 845 2016 does any one know if you can just replace the mast or do you have too buy the whole unit ? Thanks Ady

Hi all the main door in and out of our Stirling elite 2016 has become stiff too lock and unlock in the last few weeks. I went into the caravan today and have managed too snap the handle off of my flip key any idea on how too free the lock up before I damage my spare key ? Thanks Adrian

Hi all went too look at my caravan the other day and found that the atc light is on and green all the time tried connecting it to my car to see if the light would go out But now the light is flashing green all the time when not connected to anything Any ideas ? Thanks Ady

Hi all just had my sterling elite 645 serviced this week by a ncc approved Mobile engineer do I need too tell swift about the service .I normally use my local dealer and they normally deal with uploading service information to Swift . Thanks Ady

Hi thanks for the reply’s the caravan is 2016 so only just 4 years old .we did buy it from a dealer but they are currently closed Due too Covid 19

Hi people just giving my caravan a good wash and noticed we’ve got paint crazing on the area in the front panel is this covered under the warranty can it be repaired or am I going to be looking at a new front panel ? Thanks Adrian

Thanks waffler I will give a go tomorrow my local caravan engineer has told me that the panel might be faulty or the PCB on the boiler 🙁
