    Juliet We were at Fallbarrow this summer which is right on the Lake at Bowness on Windermere. Fab site just a 2 min walk from the town centre. My husband went lots of hill walking with our German Shepherd.

    Hi Maureen We too live in North Ayrshire (Irvine) and can certainly vouch for the Ranch in Maybole too. We had overlooked it many times as it was so close to home but went when we got a newer van and wanted to find out how to put the awning up etc. It still felt as if we were on holiday...
