hi folks ' on the new shape sedonna please can you tell me if i'm ok with a fixed witter tow bar or do i need a detachable tow bar due to the reversing censor , would prefer the fixed as i have a witter cycle rack which is handy when driving solo...thanks ...pete
 
We have a fixed Witter towbar on our 08 Sedona. The reversing sensors don't react to the towbar and behave normally.
 
hi , thanks neil & daveE , picking up new shape sedonna next weekend 25/04/09 wanted to know if any one else other than daveE has fixed or detachable tow bar

We tow with a new shape Sedona on a 56 plate.

We've a detachable Witter towbar fitted and must admit prefer it over the fixed we had on our Sportage.

Only thing is carry the bikes on the roof because of the loading on the rear suspension.

Kia recommend an 85kg limit on ours.
