The layout does work well as we had that on our last caravan although that had a bunk above the side bed which might be needed here. Yes we did use it to take a grandchild with us so those users do exist.
I also found the nearside toilet useful as from time to time the toilet would run out of water in the flush tank and in the middle of the night this was a better place as you could fill up more easily.
The main advantage of the layout though was when you were planning a full day out you could just leave the front bed down and use the side dinette for breakfast and supper.
It is a nice looking caravan but I simply do not see anything from Eldiss attracting us given their results in the PC surveys and reports from others who have bought them in person and on the internet
