800watt microwave (caravan fitted) and inverter suggestions please

Hello, just looking for recommendations please as my existing 1000w set up purely for TV not suitable.
This is purely for occasional use reheat etc, not prolonged cooking.
Thanks
C

From memory my 800w microwave draws about 6amps.
Watts =Volts x Amps so you are going to need a 1500W inverter.
This would be my choice:

I may be mistaken, but on a microwave I think the start up wattage is a lot higher. Granted it is only for a few seconds. Perhaps a 2000w inverter may be more suitable?

Peak capability on the Victron 1600 is 3kW
A quick point of note Victron inverters are rated in VA which unless it's a restive load is not the same as watts. So maybe the 2000VA one might be a safer bet.
I will measure the load from my Microwave when I am away next in a week or so.
