Abbey 215 GTS loss of power to water pump.

I have lost power to my Whale pump on my Abbey 215 GTS. I have had a meter to the connectors in the plug and there is no power there. I have looked at the fuse box and can not see any blown fuses. Any ideas are welcome. I can manage for a little while with water for cooking, but need to get the shower going. I'm basically living in the van at the moment.

What year is it and is there a PMS fuse box under R/H side front bench seat .Gary (1992 GTS 212)

I believe it is a 2003. What is a PMS fuse box?

It is the device that contains the 240v mains fuses and six 12v fuses.I will post you a document that explains how to find the age of your caravan,

What is a decoder key?

The Digits on your window that start SG***** the 10th digit relates to the age IE mines N therefore 1992

Yours if a 2003 would in that case be a 3

Check your fuses with a multimeter, as although they might look ok , they might be blown, the same with changing a fuse, the replacement might be duff.
