I have a 2003 Spectrum 520 with a rear corner steady that drops down when towing and does'nt support the van when lowered. I have checked the thread and the "bolt" part seems OK so I think the "captive nut" part must be stripped. Does any one know if this can be repaired or does the whole thing have to be replaced?

Hi David, the part you need is a trunnion, most good dealers will have them in stock, be sure to get the right size, there at least two different sizes.
