Tried all the suggestions on the weekend and still no water going into the tank changed all valves inside and out there is cold water flowing and back pressure but none to the tank.

As you look at the tank there are 2 pipes coming off the pump and one connecting on the tank. Off the top of the tank red pipe witch connects to the hot water supply. When the taps are turned on the pump kicks in on the bathroom tap but not on the kitchen mixer tap.

As for the gas fire I have now discovered that the pipe has been cut off under the van and I still cant get the blow heaters to work so I would be so pleased if anyone could give me answers to any of these problems

many thanks

Which "valves" did you change as ther is only one "valve" on the cascade.

I srongly suggest getting a mobile engineer who knows what he is doing to come and sort the whole lot out for you

Correction, two valves, one in the inlet, on in the pressure relief valve

Hello Helen,

I agree with Damian, the forum can only offer basic advice, and if that does not work, then the matter is more complex, and it needs to be reviewed by a competent person who will know exactly what to do.

There is a real danger if someone tinkers with gas and electrical appliances and does not know the correct safety checks and tests.
