I'm just beginning to wonder if the front panel is deformed , thus causing the leakages?

Good luck in your crusade. If anyone has persevered with Swift, you have .

I hope Kath Powell and her Swift colleagues will appreciate the trauma you have been through and agree with your DEALER only a full refund will do now.

Just remember you have the Law on your side. I'd start giving the DEALER real grief now and send him the appropriate letter demanding the full refund.

Cheers

Hi Alan,

I am waiting for a reply from Miriad at present (Polyplastic UK agent) with regards to "the silvering effect" (their words not mine). Just to clarify the recent issue is with the side windows not the front. Upto now the new seals on the front windows seem to have done the trick.

I will update you as soon as I hear more. I have not been in the office today so there maybe a message waiting for me when I get in tomorrow.

Cheers

Hi Jo-anne,

Please see my latest post. I though it better to start a new one as this is different from the front window issue.

Hi Kath,

well the van has been back to the Swift factory for 4 weeks for repair. Got it back, bathroom repaired a treat, but I now need a new door and door frame plus the near side decals, for some reason the door frame had been adjusted as to why no one knows or no one is willing to admit - not a happy chappy

OMG! A good start to 2009. I thought ALL the manufacturers would be making an effort in view of the credit crunch.

I hope you get this sorted Jason. Keep us posted.

Cheers

Alan
