Hi all,

After my thetford toilet stopped pumping and I had checked the fuses and the micro switches I decided to have a look at the pump......yuk the tank had a layer of algae in it and this was the problem with the pump i.e gundged up.

So the question is.....is there a treatment out there to disolve the algae or shall I go to my local aquarium shop!!!

Thetford have recently launced a new cleaning product, that I have read about in the Caravan Club magazine. I'm not sure what it cleans out because Thetfords web site is currently down (www.thetford.com) so I can't offer you anymore info.
