Anybody been to these in France

Why especially without pools? Sites in France will be fairly quiet in June anyway, so you'll not get the 'pool full of noisy children' scenario. Haven't been to either of these sites, but have been loads of times in June, and it's a great time to see France.

Have you thought about using Camping Cheques, Touring Cheques, or ACSI - all discount schemes, offering sites at less than the normal site rate - and all have some excellent sites. ACSI sites cost 10, 12 or 14 euros, all-in, including electricity, two people and a dog, Camping Cheques now cost
 
Hi Val A,I do agree with you about June being quite as that is the time we also go .I went though the Forum replies from ages ago and found the La Samaritaine comments but have yet to get feedback from Le Barba of which both are from the Carefree CCC.We have also got the Freedom voucher book with discounts.
