Aqua Source Filter

I have a Swift Conqueror Lux 630 2000 model.

The In Line Aquasource Water filter has cracked and when I try and put water in the van floods. I cannot for the life of me work out how I get this filter out to replace it. It appears to be push fit but I have had a screwdriver in trying to prise it out to no avail.

Can anyone help me with this please ....

Pull the colors inwards towards the filter each end, don't try and pull the other way as all that will do is tighten the grip on filter

Martin meant Collars.

They are small raised circles of plastic around the end of the black fitting, they need pulling in towards the middle of the fitting and the filter then pulls out.

Just replace the filter with a piece of 12mm blue semi rigid pipe , same as the main water pipe, no more split filters, and saving the cost of filters.

The first time yes, but if you replace the filter with pipe, you dont need to do it again.
Sawed filter in half in the end and replaced with pipe now many thanks. However having water flow problems now please see post about if the system needs bleeding.
