Hi Rob;Polishing your car every month is a complete waste of time and money it does not need it, also everytime you polish your car it take a fraction of the layer of paint off which does not do the body work any good

i used polish as a generic term

i just add a wax top up (zero abrasives) every month

every 4th month it gets a full redo
