Bailey Senator Panel crease Similar problem with Swift Caravan?

I have just noticed a crease/bulge in the front panel - to the bottom left-side of the door frame. This has only just appeared between a visit to have a new door fitted (because of a faulty blind). The Repair people have suggested this may be a similar problem that happened on new Swift caravans some years ago due to movement of inner timber!

Has anyone else had this problem?
