Use soluble paper in the fu, should never block again. Also think about moving, no pun intended, to organic fluid. Elsan organic goes in top and bottom tanks and dissolves material so should prevent blocking. Soluble paper and organic both quite a lot more expensive than normal stuff but.......

We use Onechem/Unochem depending where purchased. It also goes in top and bottom tanks and works fine for us. Although if using the van a lot and having to use own facilities more I’d probably look for something a bit cheaper.

Sadly we now discover that our answers given in good faith and in the true spirit of the forum were not at all of interest to the original posting - perhaps plumbing the depths would be an appropriate description.

That's true Rob, but the thread wasn't all waste matter.
Forum members have lifted the lid on some aspects of caravan toilet maintenance when they engaged with those who'se toilet know how had up to now been vacant 😂

If nothing else works and the blockage is really stubborn, you might need professional help. I once struggled with a similar issue, and no amount of chemicals or plunging helped.

As OC points out, this thread is now 4 years old. If further “plumbing” discussion is needed please start a new thread.
