We spent an overnight stay at this site and would just like to pass on that that it is very good, especially if you have dogs. Good size pitches, lots of choice (well it was towards the end of September) and loads of walks laid out round the fields and down to the river. Lots of dog poo bins and even bags to pick up with. Very thoughtful. Some traffic noise as the site is on higher ground so all the road noises seemed magnified, but it could have been due to wind direction. Does anyone know why the Caravan Club have dropped it?
We then moved onto to the CC site at Sandringham for two and half weeks. Full every weekend and threequarters full during the week even in October, so do book if you plan to go there. Very nice site with loads of walks from the site in the woods and up to Sandringham House. We went to North Norfolk mainly for the walking (nice to be on the flat as we live in a hilly area) and the bird watching. Spectacular scenes especiallly at the RSPB reserve at Titchwell. Recommend North Norfolk as a holiday destination.
