Caravan sites in or around Skipton

Hi - we are looking for a site near to Skipton to book for a weekend in December anyone got any good ideas, must be hardstanding, have electric and water, toilets. Thanks in advance.

Stayed at Grassington in December two years ago - usual C.C. standards. Grassington itself had a Dickensian Christmas Fair; see Google for web site and details; local food, crafts etc. with hot sandwich stalls serving large portions, church hall doing a roaring trade in hot soup, tea and so on. By the time we had sampled that lot an evening meal was not required.

To get to the park and ride system - parking is restricted in the village - you drive away from Grassington, get the bus and then return past the site entrance.

(The road to the site from Skipton passes through Rylstone. Not sure if this is the Rylstone of W.I. Calendar fame or not - my wife made me wear a blindfold when driving through.)
