caravan sites witin 1 hr of chester

Hi can anyone recommend a decent site within an hour of chester pref with things to do for teenagers we usually go lower lacon or bala but fancy a change thanks

We visited the Caravan Club site at Chester Fairoaks at August Bank Holiday. It is a typical CC site - well kept and excellent facilities. There are two pubs within ten minutes walking distance, Cheshire Oaks retail outlet is half a mile away and Chester itself is 20 minutes drive.

Would recommend it.

There is the C & CC site at Delamere Forest. There's a 'Go Ape' next door to it.

Hi thanks for that only prob with this one is its about 2 mins from my house lol!!

We have also stayed at The Plassey and it is a beautiful site with many attractions for visitors. A very pleasant gesture from the owner, which we have never experienced before or since, was him calling to the caravan on the day prior to us leaving to enquire whether we had a good stay and if there were any complaints. It is an excellent site and we had no complaints what so ever.
