Right; the setup works a treat now ! I have had to replace the original 1.2 Ghz transmitter / receiver with another set (also from China - eBay) but these are MUCH better made and work well; they are 2.4 GHz units.

To be safe though, I retain a 5 metre RAC lead just in case I need to revert to a wired connection.

HAving the CCTV camera really does make me wonder why it is that so few of us 'vanners' have taken this up; it is SO MUCH better than relying on extended wing mirrors !

Having said that, it's no trivial to fit the camera in the rear of the caravan; but, that done,a nd you're laughing !
