Circular touch dimmer lights

I have the above lights in my van,they are about 100mm diameter,they are and never have been any good.They are on the ceiling,does anyone know how to remove them without damaging ceiling

It may help to give caravan make model and year. Also a photo.

But it is likely, they will prise out using a blade.

I think they may simply be glued or even Velcro. I have seen similar lights which had double sided tape supplied with them. To test it I would use a thin cheese wire and carefully run it between the back of the light and the ceiling to see if hit an obstruction before getting to the middle where the wires are(Best if battery is disconnected and EHU off whilst doing this). Sawing the wire back and forward would slice through any double sided tape or velcro, but not a screw. The other way would be to place a thin piece of plastic against the ceiling to protect it and then use a lever to prise the fitting off which may damage it as presumably you don't want it this won't be a problem.

Just spotted this from magnum motorhomes the centre section seem to prise out see QR for ebay link

Iwill try thr wire method,the touch sensor is in the middle of the light so i dont think the middle bit comes away,
